Due to the nature of N95 face masks, we do not accept cancellation once your order has been shipped. However, if your order has not shipped and you do not want it anymore, you can cancel the order and receive a complete refund. For returns of shipped products, you may have to make sure that your ordered item is eligible for our Return Policy. Returning products with quality problems must be within 30 days. Overdue will not be processed.

Damages and Defective issues

Please check your order upon reception and contact us immediately if there is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and help you with your problem.

For the return of resalable products, you are responsible for the shipping fee and we will also charge you for certain restocking fee. But before you ship it back to us, please contact us first to identify if it can be returned.
